David L. Fisher graduated from Western State University School of Law in 1976.  He has successfully handled several high profile cases in the Southern and Central California areas. He began his career in Orange County, California and was a partner at the highly successful firm of Garrett & Fisher.  In 1989, Mr. Fisher was drawn to the beauty of San Luis Obispo County and decided to move his practice and his family to Morro Bay.  His criminal defense practice has been located in San luis Obispo ever since.
