Patrick L. Fisher has a passion for fighting for the "under-dog." It was this passion to fight for the under-dog that compelled Patrick Fisher into criminal defense. The Government's resources often initially place criminal defendants at an unfair disadvantage. In this sense, Patrick Fisher has often seen criminal defendants as the initial under-dogs in criminal cases. However, Patrick Fisher knows that a criminal defendant can stop being the under-dog by obtaining the right legal representation - legal representation that is aggressive, loyal, and attentive to detail.

After graduating with a doctorate in jurisprudence from Abraham Lincoln University School of Law, Patrick Fisher obtained his license to practice law in 2010. Prior to beginning his own practice, he spent more than 10 years closely assisting his father, David L. Fisher, with the handling of his cases. The value of those years of experience assisting his father has proved to be priceless. Because he was able to be so closely involved in the handling of criminal defense cases for so many years prior to becoming an attorney, Patrick Fisher began his practice with a great deal of experience already under his belt. This experience has enabled him to avoid many of the difficulties new attorneys often face.

Although he was born in Corona, California and spent his early childhood living in Orange County, California, Patrick Fisher has lived most of his life on the Central Coast. After having traveled to the other side of the globe, Patrick Fisher has seen no better place for he and his wife to raise their son than San Luis Obispo County. As a criminal defense attorney, Patrick L. Fisher seeks to ensure that his home, San Luis Obispo County, is a place where the under-dog gets a level playing field.
